All shipping rates are based on weight and location. Rates are determined at checkout. We offer free shipping with orders over $25.00 anywhere to the Continental U.S. There is no minimum order at checkout.

Shipping schedule

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST. Products that require no assembly are shipped within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. Products requiring assembly are shipped within 3-4 business days. Engraving and imprinting require 3-4 business days to ship. If order requires paper proof, an additional 24-48 hours are added to the engraving processing times, depending on customer approval's response time. Delivery on custom orders will vary.

Saturday delivery

Personalized orders

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include personalized items will leave our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days of order placement. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If order requires paper proof, an additional of 1-2 business days are added depending on customer approval's response time.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact our Customer Service at support@lapelpincorner.com for returns and exchanges. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. Personalized Items (e.g. engraved items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
